The website is designed with semantic page structure, keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, responsive reflow, reduced-motion support, and clearly labeled controls. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is used as an internal quality target where practical; this statement is not a claim of certification or full conformance.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing practice. Automated checks can identify some issues, while manual and assistive-technology testing are also important. DDCES intends to address material barriers as they are identified.
